 Registration Fee

One student : $25

Sibling : $20

Any additional sibling : no registration fee

  • A student may join for spring classes any time from August through December.


Acting Class Tuition Rates

Acting class tuition will vary depending upon the class and duration. Please see the acting class page for rates specific to each class.

Dance Class Tuition Rates

Monthly Billing: Tuition will be auto drafted from your account through your customer/parent portal on the first of the month.

The First month’s payment is due upon registration.

Tuition Policies

  • Classes are billed monthly, per class, by total hours per week a student is enrolled. There are multi-student discounts available for families. Tuition is due on the first each month. All monthly tuition payments will be auto-drafted to the card on file on the first each month. You will be emailed a receipt after your tuition is auto-drafted. 
  • Tuition is not prorated for absences, holidays or partial months. It is a semester/year long tuition.
  • When you register, you must pay the 1st tuition payment plus the registration fee. The first month’s tuition must be paid through your online account in order to secure your placement in your desired classes. Monthly tuition rates are based on the average of 3.5 classes per month and tuition is prorated on the number of weeks in a month. The number of weeks in a month may vary, so our system prorates the cost of classes accordingly. Tuition is not prorated for absences.
  • At the time of registration, a payment method must be saved into your account for monthly tuition payments for auto-pay. This card will be kept secure in our system, and the Red Phoenix staff will not be able to see the card’s full information. As a convenience, this payment method will be charged automatically each month for tuition. 
  • You are not paying for scheduled school vacations and holidays. Our calendar is based on the state of GA school system. When our studio is closed, you will not be charged for classes that would typically fall on those dates.
  • Any miscellaneous fees (i.e. costumes, food, tshirts, etc.), subscription payments, and/or installment payment plans will be debited according to the fee schedule communicated in advance by Red Phoenix. 
  • Any workshops, master classes, bootcamps, other unique offerings will be charged as communicated in advance of enrollment in those offerings.
  • NOTE: Once a payment has been processed, refunds will only be given under unusual circumstances or in the case of a staff/system error. These refunds are left to the discretion of the Red Phoenix staff and will be considered on a case by case basis. 

Cancellation Policy

Red Phoenix hopes you will love your new Performing Arts Home with us, but we understand that sometimes life takes you in a different direction for a time. To cancel a class, as a courtesy, we require students/parents/guardians give a thirty 30 day written notice of any intent to discontinue classes. Your withdrawal is not considered complete until you have received confirmation via email.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for the next month’s tuition payment if notice is not given before the first day of the previous month. For example, if you wish to not have a tuition payment charged on November 1, you will need to send written notice on or before September 30. 

Credit Card Payments

We are currently working with our credit card vendor to allow you to pay your tuition and fees online. We appreciate your patience as we are going through this process with the vendor. As you register for classes online, your total due will be posted to your account. Payments can be made in the parent portal once this process is complete. If you wish to pay for your tuition and fees prior to the online credit card portal being active, please contact us and we will help arrange your alternative payment method. All payments are non-refundable.

Late Fees

  • Tuition/Late Fee - A $15 late fee will be added to all tuition payments not paid within 7 days of the respective due date each month. If the late payment has not paid by the 1st of the following month, that class spot may be offered to the next student(s) on the waiting list. Tuition will be posted just before the first day of the month, and a reminder email will be sent to the email address(s) you have on file. It will inform you that payment is coming due and is going to be charged to the payment method you have set to auto-draft. Payments will be run on the first day of the month. Track and maintain your tuition payments via the customer portal.
  • Accounts that are not brought current by the 1st of the following month will result in the student(s) being dropped from our roster(s). Students that have been dropped from our class roster will have an opportunity to re-enroll in classes. However, class availability may have changed due to their spot(s) being open to other students on the wait list.  Therefore, we cannot guarantee students will get to enroll in all the same classes. A re-enrollment fee of $20.00 will apply.  
  • Accounts more than 30 days past due may be sent to collections.   
  • Any credit cards or bank drafts that are declined will be subject to a $25 fee. 
  • The payment method on file needs to be kept current to avoid declined payment fees.  
  • REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN UNDER EXTREMELY UNUSUAL CIRCUMSTANCES OR IN THE CASE OF STAFF/SYSTEM ERROR. PLEASE SEE OUR RED PHOENIX REFUND POLICY STATEMENT.

    All payments are non refundable. 

Schedule Changes (Dropping/Adding/Transferring Classes)

In order to modify your schedule, it will be necessary to contact the Red Phoenix Office Staff by the 15th of the month in order for the schedule to be in effect for the following month.
You are able to add a class via the online portal. Dropping a class will require confirmation from the office staff. Red Phoenix will need to update your account according to the addition and/or removal from a class. If your total hours of enrollment remains consistent after your add/drop/transfer, your tuition fee requirements will not be impacted. Tuition fees will be adjusted accordingly to your total hourly enrollment. 
You may consider any modifications to your enrollment finalized after you receive an email confirmation from the office staff. These changes are only solidified in writing. Verbal discussions do not qualify as an official change. All official changes need to be communicated in writing and will be considered complete after receiving a confirmation email from Red Phoenix.

Private & Semi-Private Lessons

If you are interested in getting private lessons, please email the Red Phoenix Office Staff. We have offerings for acting, voice, piano, and guitar.  Rates may vary by instructor.
